1. General

This Policy is drafted in accordance with the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» (as amended on 01.07.2025) and governs the processing of personal data on the site WhichPermit.info (какойнаряддопуск.рф).

2. What data we collect

The site is a reference resource and does not request from users:

• full name, contact details, email, phone;
• passport or other identification data;
• financial or payment information;
• employer information.

Automatically, for technical purposes, we collect:

• Technical cookies — to remember acceptance of this Policy (cookie cookie_consent, lifetime 1 year).
• Yandex.Metrica cookies (_ym_*) — for traffic analysis, including Webvisor (on-page session recording: cursor movement, clicks, scrolling). Yandex.Metrica servers are located in the Russian Federation (compliance with 152-FZ Article 18 on data localization). Metrica loads only after consent in the cookie banner; if declined, it is not loaded.
• IP address and User-Agent — stored in nginx server logs (retention 30 days) for security and DDoS protection.

3. Purposes of processing

• traffic analysis and content quality improvement;
• protection against automated attacks;
• compliance with Russian information and communications law.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

• Clause 5 Part 1 Article 6 of 152-FZ — necessity for performing a public offer;
• Clause 7 Part 1 Article 6 of 152-FZ — legitimate interest of the operator;
• user consent expressed by clicking «Accept» on the cookie banner.

5. Sharing with third parties

The site does not share personal data with third parties, except for Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, OGRN 1027700229193). Cross-border transfer to foreign jurisdictions is not performed — fonts and analytics are served from servers located in the Russian Federation.

6. Retention period

• consent cookie — 1 year from the «Accept» click;
• Yandex.Metrica cookies — per Yandex Privacy Policy;
• server logs — 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under Article 14 of 152-FZ, you have the right to:

• obtain information about processing of your data;
• request correction, blocking or deletion of your data;
• withdraw consent (the «Essential only» button in the cookie banner or by deleting the cookie_consent cookie); processing based on withdrawn consent ceases within 30 days;
• file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (RKN) if your rights are violated.

Data subject requests are reviewed by the operator within 10 business days.
